All persons intending to bid on a property are required to register and obtain a bidder's number from the auctioneer.  Bidders will be required to also provide the auctioneer with their full name, mailing address, and telephone number. Registration will take place on the day of the auction and will close before the auction starts. 

2. Successful bidders are required to make payment in full prior to the conclusion of the auction. Checks should be made to the order of the Property Tax Division of the Taxation and Revenue Department.

3. The State’s Property Tax Division hosts the auction, not the County Treasurer's office. Please refer any specific auction questions to their office.
